A variety of tastes and textures, skewered and perfect for the barbeque. Delicious served with quick and easy satay sauce.
- 4 tblsp soy sauce
- 2 tblsp Lemon juice
- 1 tblsp Soft brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 chicken breasts cut into thin strips
- 300 grammes Quorn chicken pieces
- Simply mix the marinade ingredients together, then separate into two bowls. This quantity is sufficient for two large chicken breasts (cut into strips) and a 300g bag of Quorn chicken pieces.
- After marinating, thread the chicken strips and/or Quorn pieces onto well soaked wooden skewers and barbeque or grill for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
