Ingredients
  • 4 tblsp soy sauce
  • 2 tblsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tblsp Soft brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into thin strips
  • 300 grammes Quorn chicken pieces
Instructions
  1. Simply mix the marinade ingredients together, then separate into two bowls. This quantity is sufficient for two large chicken breasts (cut into strips) and a 300g bag of Quorn chicken pieces.
  2. After marinating, thread the chicken strips and/or Quorn pieces onto well soaked wooden skewers and barbeque or grill for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
