Ingredients
  • 100 grammes new potatoes per person, cut into bite sized chunks
  • Coating mayonnaise
  • Pleanty chopped chives
Instructions
  1. Boil the chunked new potatoes until cooked. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Add enough mayonnaise to coat the potatoes then sprinkle in the chopped chives and mix well.
